There is also a change to what you were told at the interpretation meetings regarding concussions when we have concluded that a player is exhibiting the signs/symptoms of a concussion. . We are now NOT required to get the name of the "health care professional" who cleared the player to return. The responsibilty for this rest with the coach. This comes from Mike Palermo our NYS Interpreter.
