Big surprise on the crew ratings. The Pennsylvanian crew comes in #1 on the NY Board where games are assigned by his Milford Pa.neighbor, who happens to have a spouse that works for #1 crew chief in a Pa. school district. Can anyone say 2 degrees of separation?

Oh, and we passed a resolution saying it was ok to allow out of state-ers to be on our board even if NYSPHAA rules prohibit it.

Local constitutions, cannot supercede state rules; just like state laws cannot violate federal laws; past practice is not a defense of this.

John: You refer to the NYSPHAA rules prohiting out of state-ers from being members of a New York State Officials Board. Please supply the page in the NYSPHAA Rules that you use as your source.
